Cancellation
Policy - QCT provides the best service that we can.
We treat our customers the way we want to be treated. Orders
are processed in the order they are received and as quickly
as possible. We currently cannot guarantee that we will be
able to cancel your order. Please note that we will charge
you a handling fee US$5.00 , if the order has been shipped
there will be 20% restocking charge and the shipping related
cost. If cancelling an order, we recommend that you contact
us within one hour of your original order placement during
our normal business hours. If your order is not cancelled
within this time frame, there is the possibility that your
order will allready be processed and on its way to you.
If you
decide to Cancel your order, please contact us by emailing
us at customerservice(at)quilterscomfort.net.
If your order has been shipped already, it will be
treated as a return.
Returns
- You can return items within three days of receipt with a
explanation of why you are returning the item. As stated in
our Cancellation Policy, your order will be charged
a 20% restocking charge and shipping related cost.
Backorders
- In cases where there are items in your order that
are unavailable/out of stock, the item(s) will be backordered.
We will notify you of backorder status and ship these items
to you as soon as they are available.
Shipping,
Pick Up & Delivery - We ship via FedEX, UPS ground
or US Mail Service unless otherwise specified. Contact us
by phone if you require air shipping before submitting your
