prices reflect plant materials cost. There are a number of reasons
for this, but it primarily, it comes down to the fact that of
the herbs and most of the spices we use are imported and true
to history, they fall prey to politics, often in the form of
taxes. Then, there is the expansive way herbal ingredients are
being integrated into so many products, that the supply can
not currently keep up with the demand. If you have looked at
my about page, you will know that my teas, green and black inclussions
aside, are mostly blended from plants that can be grown here.
